Congratulations on your new customizable & expandable mattress.
To secure your choice and ensure your complete satisfaction, La Fabrique de Matelas offers you a RISK-FREE mattress purchase with our “30-day trial” policy.
If you are not satisfied with the comfort of your new mattress, which adapts to everything, especially you, you can ask to exchange your comfort foams for other foams for an extra charge or a refund of the difference, depending on the case.
The exchange of the foams will be done directly in the store of your choice. However, if we have to make an exchange at your home, transportation costs will apply.
This exchange guarantee ends on the 30th day following the delivery date. It is strongly recommended that you try your new mattress for a minimum of 1 week, but you are not required to wait until the 30th day to use this guarantee. Cannot be applied more than 3 times per customer.
However, you must meet the following conditions:
A waterproof, bed bug and dust mite zippered cover, provided free with any customizable mattress purchase, must have been installed on the mattress during the trial days. Otherwise, no exchange will be accepted.
The exchange is valid for the comfort foams only. They must be in perfect condition, free of all stains, odors (animals, cigarettes, etc.) and must not be torn.
This policy does not include demo mattresses, foam mattresses of less than 2 lbs of density, continuous spring mattresses and non-standard size mattresses. This warranty does not apply to commercial, institutional, recreational or reseller use.
Procedure: If you are not satisfied with the comfort of your mattress and you meet the above conditions, please visit one of our stores. We will gladly take the time with you to choose another comfort that will suit you better.

LA FABRIQUE DE MATELAS LIMITED WARRANTY
All of our mattresses and box springs are manufactured according to rigorous quality standards that ensure the best possible comfort without neglecting appearance and durability.
During the first year or the 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12, or 15 years of the warranty, in the event of a breakdown due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the mattress at no charge other than shipping. In case of replacement, we reserve the right to replace the materials or models with others of comparable quality.
With the high quality of materials found in your new mattress, it is not necessary to rotate your mattress every 2 weeks for the first 3 months or more as suggested by our competitors.
The warranty does not apply to
- The cover fabric
- To body print relief of less than 1 1/2″. Visible body print where you normally sleep is a normal feature of good quality bedding, it indicates that the comfort layer conforms to the body.
- To products sold for commercial use
The warranty is void if the mattress or box spring has been subjected to abuse or improper use, including (but not limited to):
- Stains or soiling
- Burns
- Inadequate support due to a worn box spring, metal base or wooden base that does not allow for proper ventilation (condensation, moisture or mold problems)
- Damage resulting from the folding of the mattress
Finally, the normal use of your mattress will prolong its comfort for several years. Take care of your purchase for maximum satisfaction.
